Please read these terms carefully before using Agar’s services. By using Agar’s services, automatically agree to these terms of use.

Electronic Correspondence

When you use any of Agar’s services or send an emails to us, you communicate with us electronically. We will communicate with you electronically through several means, such as emails, text messages, or internal application’s notifications system. For the purposes of contractual relationship, you agree that all agreements, notifications, or other correspondence we send you electronically meet any legal requirements.

Trademarks

Logos, symbols and service names included in Agar’s services or available in any of the Agar’s services are trademarks or commercial designs owned by Agar, and they may not be used for any product or service in any way that would cause customer confusion or degrade or harm the reputation of Agar in any way.

All other trademarks that are not owned by Agar and that appear in any of Agar’s services are owned by the entities who own them, those who may or may not be companies related to Agar, or  companies working with Agar, or companies sponsored by Agar.

Your account

You may need to use your account in order to use certain Agar services, and may be required to sing in to your account too.

If there is a problem with collecting fees from your chosen payment method, we may collect amounts from any other valid payment method that is linked to your account.

If you use any of Agar services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your account. And to the extent permitted by the applicable laws you agree to accept responsibility for all activities in connection with your account or password.

You must take all necessary measures to ensure that your password is kept confidential, and you must notify us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone, or if you believe that your password is being used or is likely to be used unauthorized by you. It is also responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data you provide to us, and for notifying us of any changes to the information you have provided.

It is prohibited to use any of Agar services:

1. In any way that causes or can cause any interruption, disruption or obstruction to any of Agar’s services.
2. For falsification or forgery purposes, or any criminal assault or other illegal activities.

We reserve the right to refuse to grant you our services, close accounts, delete or edit content if it violates our terms of use or any other applicable terms, conditions, guidelines or policies.

 Our Responsibility

We do our best to ensure uninterrupted services  and transactions are carried out without errors. However, due to the nature of the Internet, it cannot be fully guaranteed. In addition, your access to Agar services may be suspended or blocked from time to time to allow for some repairs, maintenance or new facilities or services. We’re going to reduce the frequency and duration of that suspension or ban as much as possible.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill our obligation under these terms if the delay or failure occurs as a result of any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Changes in service or modifications to terms of use

We reserve the right to make changes to any of the services, policies, terms and conditions of Agar at any time  

Children

We do not sell products to be purchased by children. If you are under the age of 18, you can use Agar services with the participation of a parent or with the participation of a guardian.

Terms of sale

Please read these terms carefully before submitting any application to Agar, by applying to Agar, you agree to comply with these conditions.

Our contract

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the product (or products) contained in your order. When you send an order to purchase a product from Agar, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing details of your order. The confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your request.

Return of products, refunds and ownership

The ownership of returned goods is transferred to Agar only when the item arrives at our sales centers. 

For pricing and availability

All prices of the products on our website are the responsibility of Agar and in cases of price inaccuracies, Agar is responsible for the error.

With regard to the availability of products, all products displayed on our website are available to us if your order is confirmed before any change in our product availability.
